Back in the day My friend and I ran Bill and Ted's Excellent BBS out of Manteca, California. We just found a backup that we took the day we took it down and have all of the data and member list intact. It was running Pcboard BBS software

I inject people with radioactivity for my day job, but only to serve the forces of good. Mostly. I am an author, sociologist, educator, coder, and nuclear medicine technologist. I was active on BBSes from 1989-1999, and ran my own from 1996-1999. And now it's up again.
