This is a local BBS for the Southern Tier of New York state. Sitting in Elmira, NY (the Queen of the Erie/NY Rail Road) it is central to the region, and hopes to provide a place for the local communities to interact. It will be part of the greater Net 267 joining together with other BBSs across the Empire state, and is linked to fsxNET as a global hub.
