BeeBS is a modified instance of OBBS (1984) and the only vt52/100, ANSI and Teletext Mode 7 compatible BBS running on a real BBC Micro.

It supports BBC Mode 7 graphics, full ANSI and ASCII. Use [T]erminal Settings from the main menu to set up your terminal preferences; if you’re using a modern terminal emulator on a PC then you need lower case on, linefeed on and ANSI on but all BBC options off. Check beebs.ddns.net for online status and more connection information including a BBC Mode 7 Web client.

If you’d like to try it out then use First name: Guest Last name: Guest

The board contains 4 main message boards, 5 special interest retro computing sub boards and downloads (X-modem) comtaining games, applications, comms utilities and game walkthroughs (PC and Archimedes still a work in progress).
